The wine
The Vespolina di Mirù is ruby red in color with a garnet nail. The perfume is fine with hints of spices on a clearly peppery background; the flavor is balanced, showing great structure and persistence. Ideal accompanied throughout the meal, but in particular it goes well with cold cuts, pasta, cheese and meat.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
