The wine
Monchiero Carbone Pelisa is a characteristic Barbera with great drinkability and freshness. It has an intense ruby red color, with warm reflections. The nose expresses a vivid fruity matrix, which sees hints of black cherry and cherry in the foreground, chased later by pleasantly free-flowing notes of wet earth. On the palate it shines with its qualities of fruity freshness, which are the basis of its ease of drinking, its maximum strength. Excellent in combination with mixed grills, in particular pork chop and sausage.
