The wine

Monchiero Carbone MonBirone is a powerful red with a dark and deep appearance, with an intense ruby hue enriched with violet reflections. The nose offers a bouquet of great intensity and finesse, layered, complex, with aromas ranging from cocoa to roasted coffee, passing from spicy notes (juniper berries) to fruity ones of cherry and plum. In the mouth it shows great power, with a soft input immediately balanced by acidity, which gives lightness to the fruity pulp. Long and fresh finish. Good harmony between fruity and woody sensations. Excellent in combination with meats prepared with long cooking, such as pork loin, Milanese ossobuco or red wine beef stew.
