Wine critics reviewsReviews by Parker

The 2019 Mondo was born because they decided to make some wines with no makeup, direct and simple and experimenting with skin contact. So, it's an orange and organic Verdejo that was fermented with skins for 20 to 30 days and kept in used French oak barrels for 11 months. It has a golden color and a nose of quince and yellow fruit with some pollen and a round palate with fine tannins. Like the Lirondo, which was born more or less with the same idea, this also has a wild profile and is quite marked by the process. 1,900 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2020.
