The wine
The Bourgogne Blanc is made entirely from the Chardonnay grape. It is one of the noblest grape varieties and imposed its name of "Chardonnay" during the 19th century in its Burgundy cradle. Quite vigorous and of good fertility, it fears however the cold, in particular the spring frost. Its elongated and loosely packed grapes offer small grains of a beautiful golden color.
