The wine
The Monje Tradicional 2021 is a red wine with a unique character, made from native grapes such as Listán Negro and Negramoll. Its fermentation is carried out in concrete tanks, respecting traditional techniques, which brings out the authentic flavours of the Canary Island varieties.
On the nose, it offers notes of fresh red fruits and mild spices, while on the palate it is structured and balanced, with vibrant acidity and a lingering finish. Ideal with grilled meats, cured cheeses and traditional dishes. A wine that reflects the volcanic essence of Tenerife.
