The wine
Intense red wine, with violet reflections. Intense and fine bouquet, very reminiscent of cherry and berries. Dry taste, which goes well with the balanced tannin of Croatina. You can taste it throughout the meal starting from an Italian appetizer (based on salami), with fairly structured first courses (ravioli with sauce, tagliolini etc.) and with game and red meat based second courses, better if cooked in stew .
