The wine
Pinot Noir Junior is ruby red in color; the nose is fruity broad and intense. Obvious notes of jam, morello cherry and small fruits. Produced from the same vineyards from which 3309 (Pinot Noir vinified in red barricade) is born, the Junior represents the younger brother, the young Pinot Noir, to be drunk with a meal more easily, while maintaining a very important structure and finesse. Excellent combination with a risotto dish with mushrooms, a grilled steak, medium-aged cheeses.
