The wine

Pinot Noir 3309 is ruby red in color with garnet reflections. Wide and intense bouquet. We pass from primary and secondary hints with a clear fruity sensation of currants and undergrowth, up to perceiving a pleasant spicy concentration and soft tannins, indicating a refinement in barriques. It is an important red but, at the same time, of great grace and finesse. It still has a good acidity supported by the right tannins. As a result, it can be kept for some time in the bottle before consumption for further refinement.

Excellent paired with all meats with not excessively aggressive flavors (excellent with Carpaccio with Rocket and Grana Padano flakes), with feathered game (lamb, goose, cooked stewed or grilled) and with seasoned cheeses.
