Montalbera Grignè

Grignè is a red of great character and intensity, of a more or less intense ruby color with a tendency to take on orange tones with aging. The scent, soft and delicate, reveals fruity and undergrowth notes accompanied by hints of white pepper. On the palate it is dry, slightly tannic, pleasantly bitter and with a persistent aftertaste. Perfect to accompany Italian antipasti, soups both in broth and dry, vegetable pies, boiled meats, cheeses.
