The wine
Monte Rossa Sansevè Satèn is a soft and enveloping wine suitable for moments of pleasant conviviality. Very bright, straw yellow in color and fine and persistent perlage. The nose is intense, complex, fine, with floral notes of white flowers; fruity citrus, white peach, golden apple and dried fruit; hints of yeast, sugared almond and sponge cake. The entry into the mouth is delicate and enveloping thanks to the creaminess of the perlage. On the palate it appears soft, fresh and quite savory, full-bodied and with a good gustatory persistence, with mineral returns. Excellent paired with appetizers, tartare and fish carpaccio, sushi sashimi, smoked fish appetizers, hot fish appetizers.
