The wine
This wine is ruby red in color. The aromatic profile is complex and intense on the nose, composed of hints of ripe red fruit, spicy aromas and mineral flavors. The sip is fresh and mineral, with fruity and aromatic wood aftertaste. Ideal in combination with roasts, braised meats and game. Excellent also with aged cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
