Morgante Bianco di Morgante

At sight it has a very pale straw yellow color with bright reflections. It brings with it smells of white earth, chalk and limestone and delicate touches of white flowers, finally hints of citrus fruits and harsh medlars. The mouth is fresh and savory with a post-nasal note of shamrock and green almond husk. To be combined with fish dishes with simple sauces, seafood with delicate marinades, grilled vegetables seasoned with oils with a delicate fruitiness.
