The wine
A lively and delicate rosé that's very pleasant and long-lasting, obtained from the blending of Garnacha (60%), Viura (30%) and Tempranillo (10%) from Muga's coolest estates. Produced by means of a 12-hour maceration and fermented in 2,000-litre oak tanks, in which the wine rests for two months before being bottled.
A pale pink rosé, the typical Provençal salmon-pink colour, with elegant aromas of red fruit berries, ripe citrus fruits and red flower petals, with an underlay of toasted bread and fresh herbs. The palate boasts a very good balance between the acidity and the fruit and the creaminess of the lees. A fresh finish, faintly spicy and luscious.
