The wine
Muri-Gries Silvaner is a harmonious and enveloping wine, with a straw yellow color. The olfactory picture is dominated by aromatic herbs, by notes of chamomile and dried hay, fresh field flowers, arnica and dandelion. It enchants the palate with a full, slightly alcoholic structure and with a pleasant level of acidity: overall, an inviting, pleasant sip with a warm aftertaste. Excellent to accompany tasty appetizers, various fish recipes (especially roasted), cooked ham and aged cheeses.
