The wine
Obtained from winemaking from the very intense ruby red grapes of the same name with reflections reminiscent of blackbird feathers. With a very intense bouquet, slightly herbaceous, vinous with clear sensations of red fruit, especially raspberry. With aging, it acquires a pleasant bitter aftertaste with a dry, full-bodied flavor. Wine to pair with roasts, stewed white and red meats.
