The wine
Vinification of Tai Rosso grapes grown on the hills with good exposure is born. Ruby red wine with cyclamen reflections with a fine and elegant bouquet with clear sensations of black cherry and berries. With a harmonious and light body flavor, with aging it takes on a pleasant bitter taste reminiscent of bitter almond. Ideal match with Vicenza-style cod, soups and light dishes.
