The wine
Campania wine created with old autochthonous vines, Sabbie di Sopra il Bosco has an intense ruby red color; the aromatic profile is composed of intense hints of wild berries, and floral hints of iris and lavender, with delicate spicy notes on the finish. The sip appears elegant and structured, soft and tannic, full and rich. Ideal in combination with red meat dishes, such as roast, game and meat sauce. Excellent also with aged cheeses.
