The wine
The Ciabot San Giorgio of the Angelo Negro winery is ruby red in color with garnet reflections. Fruity notes of peach, red fruits and intertwine with balsamic hints, creating a fresh and pleasantly intense aromatic bouquet. The mouth, immediately fresh and pleasant, leaves room for the pulp which with its final sweetness accompanies the knowledge of a tannic texture of considerable importance and length. Excellent to be consumed with earthy dishes.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
