The wine
Among the rare long-aging prosecco, Grave di Stecca expresses a beautiful bright straw yellow color in the glass. Dense and sweetly moving bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, aromatic herbs, sage; intense mineral and flint notes. The taste is dry, but creamy. Silky and persistent finish with a touch of toasted almond. Suitable for any occasion, to be sipped as an aperitif and to be enjoyed throughout the meal. Sublime pairing with ham, seafood, fish & chips and shrimp and vegetable tempura.
