Nino Negri Inferno Carlo Negri

Inferno Nino Negri by Carlo Negri is a soft and balanced Valtellinese wine. At sight it has a ruby red color with nuances tending to garnet. Intense and structured bouquet, composed of fruity notes and tertiary memories that refer to incense, wood and aromatic herbs. The sip is large and soft, also crossed by a beautiful freshness and a pleasant minerality. The tannic texture is well worked and the persistence is long. Excellent paired with red meat dishes, also ideal with aged cheeses.
