The wine
At sight it has an intense and deep ruby red color. The aromas are complex on the nose, rich in red fruits such as blackberry and raspberry, with notes of dried fruit such as bitter almonds and spicy hints of pepper, cocoa and coffee, with a final note that refers to vanilla. The sip is fresh and articulated, well balanced with velvety tannins and a decent structure. The acid component is elegantly combined with the alcoholic component. Excellent in combination with red and braised meat.
