Colle degli Ulivi Botticino DOC is made from Barbera, Sangiovese, Marzemino, Schiava Gentile grapes. Barbera grape gives acidity and freshness, Sangiovese brings roundness and elegance, Marzemino contributes to color, Gentle Schiava gives finesse and delicate aromas. At sight it has a bright ruby red color. Excellent in combination with red meat.
