The wine
Olivini's Rosé Brut Spumante is a classic method produced in the Garda area from red local grapes. It has a pale pink color with a fine and persistent perlage; the aromatic profile is intense and composed of notes of berries and floral hints of rose. The sip is vertical, dry and fresh, characterized by liveliness and balance. Ideal as an aperitif and in combination with fresh appetizers and fish. Try it with seafood risotto.
