The wine
Olivini Notte a San Martino is a complex and intriguing wine with a deep and impenetrable ruby red color. The hints perceived on the nose are played on ethereal and complex notes, a mixture of flavors of coffee, medicinal herbs and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is round, with vibrant tannins, good freshness and a decisive final extension. The ideal pairing is with tasty and succulent meats, stews, grilled meats. The marriage with particularly mature and fatty hard cheeses is also very interesting.
