The wine
From Barbera grapes selected for exposure and low yield from the vineyard of the same name. After the long fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperature, the wine, ruby red in color, matures for at least 24 months in stainless steel tanks, and receives a wide range of aromas and an intense and persistent taste-olfactory appearance.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
