Orsolani Cuvée Tradizione Extrabrut

The Cuvée Tradizione Extrabrut sparkling wine produced by Orsolani is a quality wine, still worked entirely in an artisanal way by expert hands and is recognized for its strong indigenous character which makes it absolutely original. It has a very elegant straw yellow color with a fine perlage, the scent is dominated by aromas reminiscent of aromatic herbs, anise and mint and a light crust of bread remembrance of a long stay on the yeasts. In the mouth it is full with a robust entry followed by a sapid and mineral sensation that closes very dry. Perfect as an aperitif or better for the whole meal, obviously in fish-based lunches or in any case on delicate menus.
