The wine
Ottosoldi Extrabrut is a sparkling white wine produced in Piedmont, with a golden yellow color with very fine perlage; to the nose it expresses fruity, floral and yeast scents. The sip is full and supported by an excellent acidity with almond notes. Perfect in combination with pitti of fish, shellfish and appetizers.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
