The wine
Light pressing, maceration on the skins for 6 months and spontaneous fermentation in amphora. Racking and aging in amphora for another 6 months. Our Wine's Goruli Mtsvane Grand Cru Chortauli is an intense macerated white wine, which almost looks like candied. Very few bottles of an intoxicating liquid that gradually reveals itself, fresh, pleasantly salty, up to an explosion of spices and fruit.
