The wine
The Veltliner is a white wine originally from beyond the Alps which has found a terroir of choice in Alto Adige and in the cultivation area of the Pacherhof winery. Upon visual examination it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It captivates the nose thanks to its spicy bouquet consisting of delicious notes of herbs and pepper. Finally, it closes its performance on the palate, revealing itself to be deeply aromatic due to the spiciness and very fresh. It is completed with a wide range of food pairings such as light appetizers, the typical South Tyrolean speck, fennel, fish dishes and light meats.

Pacherhof
An enchanting place, a symbol and treasure chest of the whole of South Tyrol, Pacherhof rises on the hills of Brixen, overlooking the Abbey of Novacella. A place rich in history, so much so that the oldest farm of the company is dated 1142 and today houses a hotel with restaurant.
