The wine
Palacio de Bornos Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect example of the fantastic adaptation of the French varietal to the continental climate of the Castilian lands. It is a fresh and very aromatic wine, made by the Palacio de Bornos winery, a true reference in the region since 1870.
Its clear tropical notes make it very attractive and light herbaceous and floral touches round off its aromatics making it an elegant and seductive wine. Its bright acidity and slightly bitter finish make it an ideal companion for an infinite number of light dishes.
