The wine
Produced with grapes from the Parafada vineyard in Serralunga d'Alba, it reveals the peculiar characteristics of the soil in the complexity of the structure. Fragrant and inviting in notes of rose, mandarin and violet, on the palate it expresses great quality of tannins, evolving on balsamic and floral aromas. It goes well with roasts and braised meats, game, intense and aged cheeses.
