The nose shows a complex and concentrated aroma, with beautiful notes of vanilla and red fruit. On the palate it gives a full, warm taste, dominated by hints of marasca cherry and blackberry. Very versatile in combinations, it goes well with any type of meat, especially red; also recommended to enhance rich mushroom dishes.
