The wine
Negroamaro Taccorosso is an Apulian wine produced by the Paololeo winery; to the eye it is bright and intense ruby red color with garnet hues. Taccorosso has a complex and spicy bouquet, with hints of wild berries, a pleasant aroma of licorice and coffee and notes of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate its soft tannins and perfectly balanced acidity surprise; the finish is long, fresh and persistent.
