The wine
Puglia Verdeca di Paololeo is a white wine obtained from this ancient white grape variety of uncertain origin, quite widespread in Puglia. Its maximum productive and qualitative expression is linked to the territory of the Itria Valley, where it is grown on a hilly area that boasts excellent sun exposure and is well ventilated. These conditions allow to produce fresh and aromatic wines, delicately fruity and elegant, which have nothing to envy to other similar vines grown in the northernmost regions of the boot. At sight it has a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. Delicate hints of apple, citrus and nuances of white fruits. Fresh and savory, it leaves a long and elegant finish.
