A coupage made from the produce of 3 parcels of Sumoll and 1 of Marcelan. No herbicides, insecticides or synthetic products are used in the production processes.
Aged in new (15%) and semi-new barrels for 12 months (Sumoll) and 13 months (Marcelan).

Celler Pardas
A family-run winery located in the Torrelavit district, in the Alt Penedès, with the two young and enterprising owners taking care of the whole production process, a combination of viticulture and agriculture.
