Are you looking for a light, easy-to-drink wine, ideal for enjoying on fun and festive occasions, yet one with some body, smooth on the palate, plenty of flavour and very pleasant? Try this young Parell. The only thing to disappoint is the bottle, because it’s too easy to finish.
The “vi novell” tradition is deeply-rooted in the Montsant region, and in mid-November the recently-bottled wine from the past harvest makes an appearance on the market. A wine to enjoy without too much pretention, but undoubtedly with the quality of one made well.
