The wine
Pauline is the name of the ancestor of the Eric Louis estate who, from 1860, started trading wine in the markets. In homage to Pauline, this prestigious cuvée is harvested on its finest terroirs of flint clay. This poor and arid soil gives the Pinot Noir grape a nose of spices and a good aromatic persistence in the mouth of black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry.
