The wine
Pazo Baión is a remarkable white, made from some of the Salnés Valley's best grapes, fruit of a vineyard that visitors will long remember due to its exceptional beauty. There, the granite, the vines upward of 40 years old and the consummate care in the winery combine to give a crisp, complex Albariño with a delicate creaminess resulting from fine work done with the lees.
