Pederzana Lambrusco Grasparossa Cantolibero

A special wine produced without the addition of sulphites. On the nose, the hints of fruitiness and the lively notes of thyme and rosemary emerge immediately clear, while the taste begins with the classic sweet tannin of the thick skin of the Grasparossa grape and then the acidulous pulp, to finish with a tannin wider and more enveloping that leaves the palate dry after swallowing. The notes alternating with fruit and reminiscent of ginseng and ginger are also pleasant. We recommend pairing with cured meats, snacks, pasta and rice with meat sauce.
