Pelissero Dolcetto d'Alba Munfrina

The Dolcetto d'Alba Munfrina of the Pelissero company is a structured and soft Piedmontese wine at the same time. The dialect name Munfrina is historically attributed to the ancient owner, a woman of Monferrato origin, who once laboriously and diligently took care of these lands. The visual impact is a beautiful intense and very bright purplish red. The olfactory impressions denote very open and varietal fruity aromas, ranging from red cherry to morello cherry. In the mouth the gustatory complexity is well blended between the various tannic, acid and alcoholic components, which make the wine savory but very pleasant. The slightly bitter aftertaste, reminiscent of almonds, is the vein of typicality present in this vine.
