The wine
Il Gazzerotta delle Cantine Pellegrino is a full-bodied wine with an intense taste, which reflects the characteristics of the territory that hosts it. At sight it has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Fruity notes of red fruits, cherry and plum, intertwine with floral hints of violet, creating a complex and intense aromatic bouquet. The sip is smooth and enveloping in the mouth, but with an energetic taste. Good tannic harmonic texture and persists. Throughout the meal, it goes well with pork, game, or first courses of meat and mushrooms.
