The wine
Marsala Vergine di Pellegrino presents itself to the eye as a deep gold color tending to amber. The aromatic profile is intense and persistent with spicy notes and hints of dried fruit. In the mouth it is dry and dry, with slight flavors of almond and hints of spice and balsamic. Traditional pairing for a marsala: dry sweets. Also excellent as an accompaniment to cigars.
