The wine
This sweet wine is obtained from Zibibbo grapes grown in the sandy volcanic soils of the island, a delicate natural Moscato with pleasant notes of yellow peach, melon and citrus fruits. At sight it is pale straw yellow with very light golden reflections. The sip is delicate and harmonious, with evident notes of yellow peach and hints of melon and grapefruit. For pairing it is excellent in combination with delicate sweets based on custard or cow's milk ricotta. If you want to try an excellent unconventional pairing, it is recommended with soft pasta filata cheeses with anchovies and pistachios.
