The wine
The Passito di Pantelleria by Carlo Pellegrino has a golden yellow color tending towards amber. Fruity and sweet notes of apricot, candied fruit and fig make up the aromatic profile. At the sip it is honeyed with memories that refer to the olfactory sensation. Ideal as an accompaniment to Sicilian desserts made with ricotta and custard.
