The wine
A light straw yellow, the nose is delicate, with hints of orange blossom accompanied by sweet notes of pear, melon and yellow peach. Soft sip, with echoes of cantaloupe melon, cedar and lemon. Ideal in combination with fish with a delicate taste and soutè with mussels and clams.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
