Suitable for blue cheeses, also ideal with bitter chocolate. Meditation wine. Ruby red color with violet reflections; the nose opens with hints of ripe fruit reminiscent of black cherry, raspberry and plum, with a very elegant spice. In the mouth the roundness and sweetness invade the palate with a pleasant alcoholic note. Important structure well supported by acidity and mature tannin.
