Pico Maccario Barbera d'Asti Sup. Epico

Deep and intense ruby red, the nose reveals notes of black cherry, mulberry and blueberry jam, with toasted and spicy puffs of black pepper and clove. There is no lack of licorice and incipient ethereal hints. On the palate, a rich and powerful Barbera is confirmed, with smooth tannins, great pseudo-heat and excellent acidity. Sapid and long in the finish, it can evolve for many years.
