The wine
The Primitivo di Manduria Mandus of the PietraPura company is a persuasive and rich wine; at sight it has a ruby red color with a purplish edge. At the olfactory examination, fruity scents of plums and ripe cherries and vanilla and cocoa notes are perceptible. The sip is impressive and structured but well balanced between softness and freshness. Good persistence. Excellent with traditional Salento dishes, good with red meats and game.
