The wine
Pio Cesare Il Nebbio is a fragrant and young wine that, thanks to its freshness combined with an austere structure and captivating fruity aromas, knows how to make everyone love it at the first glass. 100% Nebbiolo, the refinement in steel gives it soft aromas of currant and pulpy fruit, almost sweet. In the mouth it gives a deep and enveloping taste, with discreet tannins, roundness, fragrance, freshness, but also compactness and seriousness. It can last over time, enhancing the austerity of Nebbiolo. Excellent choice for a dinner with friends, paired with red meat, meat-based first courses, aged cheeses and game.
